摘  要:基于自适应评价设计方法,建立纸张输送机输送带的数学模型,对输送带进行单元划分,并列出动力学方程。为提高输送带输送纸张的可靠性,研究成功输送纸张的影响因素,在实验条件下,分别研究成功输送纸张概率与滚筒正压力和摩擦因数的关系。研究结果表明,当滚筒正压力下降到一定程度,输送带将无法完成输送纸张的工作,输送带摩擦因数趋于0.03更加合理。对纸张除酸机控制系统进行组态软件设计,选用深圳昆仑通态科技有限公司的TPC7062TI触摸屏进行纸张除酸机的组态界面开发。Based on the adaptive evaluation design method,the mathematical model of the conveyor belt of the paper conveyor is established,the conveyor belt is divided into units,and the dynamic equations are listed.In order to improve the reliability of paper conveying by conveyor belt,the influencing factors of successful paper conveying are studied.Under the experimental conditions,this paper studies the relationship between the probability of successfully conveying paper and the positive pressure of the roller and the friction factor.The research results show that when the positive pressure of the roller drops to a certain level,the conveyor belt will not be able to complete the work of conveying paper,and the friction factor of the conveyor belt tends to be 0.03,which is more reasonable.The configuration software is designed for the control system of the paper deacidification machine,and the TPC7062TI touch screen of Shenzhen Kunlun Tongtai Technology Co.,Ltd.is selected to develop the configuration interface of the paper deacidification machine.
