摘  要:常规的公路护栏打桩机的液压系统已经无法满足当下护栏打桩作业中所遇到的各种工况,从而影响到打桩机的整体工作效率。为了解决这一问题,提出了采用负载敏感控制技术对一种公路护栏打桩机的液压系统进行设计。在对公路护栏打桩机主要工作阶段和功能要求进行分析的基础上,设计了基于负载敏感控制的液压系统方案,并阐述了该液压系统的工作原理,对打桩机的各种工况进行了分析。所设计的液压系统可自动适应不同工况条件,具有高效节能、工作可靠等优点。The hydraulic system of the conventional highway guardrail pile driver cannot meet the various working conditions encountered in the current guardrail piling operation,thus affecting the overall work efficiency of the pile driver.In order to solve this problem,the hydraulic system of a highway guardrail pile driver is designed using the load-sensitive control technology.Based on the analysis of the main working stages and functional requirements of the highway guardrail pile driver,a hydraulic system scheme based on load-sensitive control is designed.The working principle of the hydraulic system is expounded,and various working conditions of the pile driver are analyzed.The designed hydraulic system can automatically adapt to different working conditions,and has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and reliable operation.
