摘 要:针对目前已有的行星轮式爬楼小车的爬楼机构没有统一设计标准的问题,对四轮式行星轮爬楼机构进行尺寸优化设计,将标准要求几何化、参数化。基于欧几里得几何学,确定了行星轮爬楼机构的外形尺寸与轮胎尺寸。通过使用AutoCAD中的几何约束进行了尺寸校核,通过SolidWorks进行了运动仿真。研究了优化设计后的爬楼机构在不同尺寸楼梯下的重心起伏。研究结果表明,经过优化设计后的四轮组行星轮式爬楼小车的通过性强,可以满足所有符合标准设计的楼梯。小车的整体体积合适,重心起伏小,安全性高。In view of the problem that there is no unified design standard for the stair-climbing mechanism of the existing planetary wheeled stair-climbing trolley,the size optimization design of the four-wheeled planetary-wheeled stair-climbing mechanism is carried out,and the standard requirements are geometrical and parameterized.Based on Euclidean geometry,the outer dimensions and tire dimensions of the planetary stair-climbing mechanism are determined.Dimension checks are performed using geometric constraints in AutoCAD,and motion simulation is performed via SolidWorks.The undulation of the center of gravity of the optimally designed stair-climbing mechanism under stairs of different sizes is studied.The research results show that the optimized design of the four-wheeled planetary wheeled stair-climbing trolley has strong passability and can meet all stairs that meet the standard design.The overall volume of the trolley is suitable,the center of gravity fluctuation is small,and the safety is high.
