摘　　要：隔板是汽轮机的重要部套之一,其中直围带式焊接隔板在隔板中占比最大。直围带式焊接隔板在围带加工及装配过程中,主要使用圆垫环进行装夹定位。随着直围带式焊接隔板尺寸的变化,汽轮机主机厂需要不断设计、制造对应的圆垫环。一方面,设计、制造圆垫环需要大量的人力、物力成本;另一方面,大批量的圆垫环需要较大的场地存放、维护。文中介绍一种通用直围带装配工装,不仅可以代替圆垫环进行直围带加工及装配,而且还增加了叶片辐射线检测的功能。Diaphragm is one of the important parts of steam turbine,and the diaphragm of straight shroud occupies the largest proportion in the diaphragm.In the process of processing and assembly,the circle plate is mainly used to clamp and position the straight shroud.With the change of diaphragm size,steam turbine OEMs need to design and manufacture the circle plate continuously.On the one hand,the design and manufacture of the circle plate need a lot of manpower and material costs,on the other hand,a large number of circle plates need a larger site for storage and maintenance.This paper introduces a general assembly tooling for straight shroud,which can not only replace the circle plate for straight shroud assembly and processing,but also increase the function of blade radiation line detection.
