摘 要:以DTM-B70车铣复合加工中心为例,对机床进行有限元动力学分析,分析机床的动态特性,为机床结构的动力学设计提供依据。研究了关键零部件动态特性结合面等效原理,介绍了支承件的结合面等效方法,基于支承件结构建立整机的有限元物理模型,分析其动态性能。根据动态特性分析,确定机床立柱为该机床薄弱环节,以便于后续对薄弱环节进行结构优化,提高部件的刚度和固有频率。Taking DTM-B70 turning and milling compound machining center as an example,the finite element dynamics analysis of the machine tool is carried out,the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool are analyzed,and the basis for the dynamic design of the machine tool structure is provided.The equivalent principle of the joint surface of the dynamic characteristics of the key components is studied,and the equivalent method of the joint surface of the support is introduced.Based on the structure of the support,a finite element physical model of the whole machine is established to analyze its dynamic performance.According to the analysis of dynamic characteristics,it is determined that the machine tool column is the weak link of the machine tool,so as to facilitate the subsequent structural optimization of the weak link and improve the stiffness and natural frequency of the components.
