摘  要:管壳式换热器用于大流量高流速的气相介质换热时,易发生管束甚至设备本体的振动,防止设备发生振动是该类设备在选型设计时必须要考虑的内容。文中介绍了用HTRI软件设计的某厂大流量蒸汽加热器出现管束振动隐患时,通过灵活安排接管位置加以消除的方法,以及对设备的操作方面的进一步要求。最终通过实际运行,证明换热器设备的振动消除措施是有效的。When the shell-and-tube heat exchanger is used for heat exchange of gas-phase medium with large flow and high flow rate,the vibration of the tube bundle and even the equipment body is prone to occur.Preventing equipment from vibrating is something that must be considered in the selection and design of such equipment.This paper introduces the method to eliminate the hidden danger of tube bundle vibration in a large-flow steam heater designed by HTRI software by flexibly arranging the position of the nozzle,and further requirements for the operation of the equipment.The actual operation proves that the vibration elimination measures of the heat exchanger equipment are effective.
