摘  要:智能完井技术作为一项先进的钻完井和油井实时生产管理技术,具有实时监测、远程控制等优势,因其数字化、智能化的特点,在提高生产效率、提高采收率及降低油气井生产管理维修费用等方面优势显著。文中从油田目前开发的现状及实际需求出发,通过模块化的设计思想,提出一种集成直接液力驱动和数字解码驱动两种模式的地面控制系统方案,可根据现场油气井开采实际需要,对井下多层位目标滑套开度进行智能调节,实现最优开采。系统采用先导控制模式,由低压控制高压,降低现场操作的风险,可实现远程和就地分别控制调节液控滑套开度的功能。地面控制系统作为智能完井技术的控制中心,通过上位机实时显示井下温度、压力及流量等参数,监测产层生产动态,调整优化油气井开采、开发实施方案,不断优化生产效率,实现对油井全生命周期管理,最终提高油气采收率。As an advanced drilling and completion technology and real-time production management technology,intelligent completion technology has the advantages of real-time monitoring and remote control.It has remarkable advantages in optimizing production efficiency,improving oil recovery,reducing the costs of production and management of oil and gas wells because of its digital and intelligent characteristics.Based on modular design ideas,the current situation and actual demand of the oilfield development,this paper proposes a ground control system scheme,which integrates direct hydraulic drive mode and digital decoding drive mode.According to the actual needs of on-site oil and gas well mining,intelligent adjustment of the multi-layer target's sliding sleeve opening can be carried out to achieve the optimal mining.The system adopts the pilot control mode,which controls the high pressure by the low pressure,reducing the risk of field operation,and can realize the function of remote and in-situ control to adjust the open degree of intelligent sliding sleeve respectively as well.As the control center of the intelligent completion technology,the ground control system can monitor the production dynamics of the production layer through the real-time display of the parameters of temperature,pressure and flow.It can also optimize the production efficiency,realizing the life cycle management of the oil well and finally improve the rate of oil and gas production.
