摘  要:阴极辊辊芯是阴极辊的主要结构,阴极辊是电解铜箔生产的主要部件之一,是一种钛、铜、钢复合辊,阴极辊与阳极槽配合通过电解CuSO_(4)溶液来生产铜箔。阴极辊结构属于大型轴类零件,阴极辊辊芯外圆最佳加工工艺方法应为卧式加工,但有时候受卧车设备数量限制,无法满足批产的要求,为了解决设备受限问题,降低生产成本,文中通过对阴极辊辊芯装夹、刀具选用、加工过程等方面的研究,进行加工工艺方法的改进和探索,设计立车加工阴极辊辊芯工装,利用现有立车设备和选择切削参数等,解决了φ2700 mm阴极辊辊芯外圆加工问题。The core of the cathode roll is the main structure of the cathode roll. The cathode roll is one of the main components in the production of electrolytic copper foil, which is a composite roll of titanium, copper and steel. The cathode roll cooperates with the anode tank to produce copper foil by electrolyzing CuSO4solution. The cathode roll structure is a large shaft part, and the best processing method for the outer circle of the cathode roll core should be horizontal processing, but sometimes it is limited by the number of horizontal lathes, which cannot meet the requirements of batch production. In order to solve the problem of equipment limitation and reduce the production cost, this paper improves the processing method through the research on the clamping of the cathode roll core, the selection of the tool,and the processing process. The tooling for vertical lathe processing of the cathode roll core is designed, and the existing vertical lathe equipment is utilized and the cutting parameters are selected to solve the problem of the outer circle processing of the φ2700 mm cathode roll core.
