摘 要:基于CFD软件开展脉冲管制冷机用双段惯性管调相能力数值模拟研究,与单段惯性管相比,双段惯性管变径更多、长径比变化范围更宽,已有单段惯性管的研究较难直接应用于双段惯性管中。基于此,提出了适用于不同结构尺寸双段惯性管的网格划分方法,并且分别改变第一段及第二段惯性管内径及长度,将模拟值与实验值进行了比较,基于比较结果,总结了双段惯性管调相能力CFD模拟值修正方法。研究结果为CFD软件用于惯性管工程设计提供更加完整的修正依据。Numerical simulation research on the phase-shifting ability of the dual-segment inertance tubes for the pulse tube cryocooler was carried out by the CFD software.Compared with the single-segment inertance tube,the dual-segment inertance tube has two different inner diameters and a wider variation range of the length-diameter ratio.It is difficult for the existing research on the single segment inertance tube to be applied directly to the dual-segment inertance tube.A mesh generation method suitable for dual-segment inertance tubes with different structural sizes was proposed.The inner diameters and lengths for the first and second segments of the dual-segment inertance tubes were changed respectively,and the simulated values were compared with the experimental values.Based on the comparison results,the correction method of the CFD simulated values for the phase-shifting ability of the dual-segment inertance tube was summarized,which provided a more complete correction basis for the CFD software to be used in the inertance tube engineering design.
