摘　　要：习近平同志在中国共产党第二十次代表大会上提出,全面加强党的领导,确保党中央权威和集中统一领导,确保党发挥总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用;十九届六中全会提出“两个确立”,都是维护党中央权威。马克思恩格斯认为,维护权威思想、发挥执政权威,对物质生产活动具有客观必然性、对精神生产活动具有整合凝聚性、对交往活动和社会管理具有规范有序性。马克思恩格斯关于权威思想的重要阐释,对于团结带领全国各族人民全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴具有重要的指导意义。Comrade Xi Jinping points out at the 20^(th) Congress of the CPC that it is of great importance to enhance the overall leadership of the CPC,to ensure the authority and the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,and to guarantee the CPC’s core leadership of coordinating efforts of all;the nature the“two establishment”proposed at the sixth Plenary Session of the 19^(th) CPC Central Committee is also to uphold the authority of the Party Central Committee.Marx and Engels expound that to uphold the authoritative thoughts and make full play of the ruling authority possesses objective necessity for activities in material production,integrates activities in spiritual production,and regulates communication and social administration.The authority philosophy of Marx and Engels has notable significance as the guidance for the overall construction of the socialist modernized powerful country by uniting the people of all ethnic groups,for the realization of the second centenary goal and the rejuvenation of Chinese nation on the Chinese path of modernization.
