球磨法合成高比表面积的α-Al_(2)O_(3)载体在CO氧化偶联反应中的应用

摘  要:以γ-AlOOH为原料,采用球磨法制备得到α-Al_(2)O_(3)载体,与传统焙烧法制备的α-Al_(2)O_(3)载体相比,比表面积更大,达到70.7 m^(2)·g^(-1)。通过浸渍法制得Pd/α-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,采用XRD、氮气物理吸附、NH_(3)-TPD、H_(2)-化学吸附、TEM等方法对载体和催化剂进行表征,并在CO氧化偶联反应中对催化剂的催化活性进行评价。结果表明,制备的Pd/α-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂在CO氧化偶联反应中具有出色的催化活性,草酸二甲酯时空收率达到2175 g·(L·h)^(-1)。α-Al_(2)O_(3) support(Al_(2)O_(3)-B)was prepared by ball-milling method usingγ-AlOOH as raw material.Compared with theα-Al_(2)O_(3) prepared by calcination,the surface area of Al_(2)O_(3)-B was larger,reaching 70.7 m^(2)·g^(-1).Pd/α-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst(Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)-B)was synthesized by impregnation.The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N_(2) adsorption-desorption,NH_(3)-temperature-programmed desorption(TPD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and tested in the CO oxidative coupling to dimethyl oxalate reaction.Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)-B showed wonderful catalytic activity in the CO oxidative coupling reaction,space-time yield of dimethyl oxalate reaching 2175 g·(L·h)^(-1).
