摘  要:伴随着信息化技术的不断进步与发展,智能手机在人们日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用,且与智能手机相关的技术发展迅猛,手机产业也逐渐成为全球最为庞大、产值最高的产业链之一。同时在循环经济发展的大背景下,手机技术发展更要关注其全生命周期发展,在生产中要提高资源效率并减少废物的排放。基于此,为了厘清手机全生命周期减量化技术的发展趋势,本文借助incopat专利分析工具对手机及其典型部件的生态设计、材料选取以及回收体系建设相关技术专利布局进行研究分析,并提出我国在手机全生命周期减量化技术专利布局方面应当做出的改进:第一,政府增加立法引导和政策扶持,深化体制改革;第二,实行技术引进与自主创新相结合;第三,企业增强自主技术研发能力,提高专利技术研发质量。With the continuous progress and development of information technology,smart phones are playing a more and more important role in people’s daily life,and the technology related to smart phones is developing rapidly.The mobile phone industry has gradually become one of the largest and most productive industrial chains in the world.At the same time,in the context of the development of circular economy,mobile phone technology development should pay more attention to its full life cycle development,improve resource efficiency and reduce waste emissions in production.Based on this,in order to clarify the development trend of mobile phone life cycle reduction technology,this paper uses incopat patent analysis tool to research and analyze the ecological design,material selection and relevant technology patent layout of mobile phone and its typical components.Based on the analysis of patent technology,this paper proposes that China should make improvements in the layout of mobile phone full life cycle reduction technology patents:first,the government should increase legislative guidance and policy support,and deepen the system reform;second,combine technology introduction with independent innovation;third,enterprises should enhance their independent technology research and development capabilities and improve the quality of patented technology research and development.
