烧伤瘙痒问卷的汉化及信效度评价

摘　　要：目的 汉化烧伤瘙痒问卷(burns itch questionnaire, BIQ)并进行信效度检验。方法 采用Brislin翻译模式汉化BIQ问卷并作语言调试,形成中文版BIQ,方便抽样法选取上海市、江苏省、河南省、广西、浙江省11所烧伤中心110例烧伤患者进行瘙痒情况的调查并进行信效度检验。结果 中文版BIQ包含量性评估(10个条目,探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,即睡眠情况、日常生活质量、瘙痒程度,累积方差解释率87.037%,因子载荷值0.704~0.887。问卷总Cronbach’sα系数为0.947;重测信度为0.943;总折半信度为0.915)及定性评估(对瘙痒情况评估的进一步补充和说明)两部分,共17个条目。结论 中文版BIQ信效度良好,可以作为量化评估工具应用于我国烧伤患者的瘙痒评估。Objective To translate the Burns Itch Questionnaire(BIQ)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods The Brislin translation model was used to translate the BIQ into Chinese,with the expression adjusted to develop the Chinese version of BIQ.Convenient sampling was adopted to select 110 burn patients from 11 burn centers in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Henan,Guangxi and Zhejiang for investigation of their itch,and reliability and validity testing.Results The Chinese version of BIQ included quantitative and qualitative assessment,with a total of 17 items.The quantitative assessment contained 10 items.Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,which were sleeping disturbance,daily life disturbance,and itch severity,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 87.037%.The factor loading values were from 0.704 to 0.887.The total Cronbach’sαcoefficient,test-retest reliability,and split-half reliability were 0.947,0.943,and 0.915,respectively.The qualitative assessment was the supplement and further explanation for the itch assessment.Conclusions The Chinese version of BIQ has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a quantitative tool to assess the itch of burn patients in China.
