摘　　要：目的 汉化麻醉后监测治疗室转出准备度评估量表(discerning post anesthesia readiness for transition tool, DPART),在入麻醉后监测治疗室(post anesthesia care unit, PACU)的患者中检验其信效度。方法 按照Brislin翻译模式对DPART进行翻译、回译,通过专家咨询和预调查对中文版DPART进行文化调试。采用便利抽样法,对210例全身麻醉未拔出气管导管入PACU的患者进行调查,检验该量表的信效度。结果 中文版DPART保留14个条目,析出3个公因子,累积方差贡献率60.963%。量表各条目的内容效度在0.86~1.00,量表的内容效度指数为0.905。量表和Aldrete量表呈正相关(r=0.908,P<0.01)。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.756,评价者间信度为0.925(P<0.01)。结论 中文版DPART具有良好的信效度,适合中国文化背景下全身麻醉术后患者转出PACU的评估。Objective To translate the Discerning Post Anesthesia Readiness for Transition Tool(DPART)into Chinese,and test its reliability and validity among the patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit(PACU).Methods The Brislin translation model was followed to translate and back-translate the DPART.Expert consultation and pilot study were adopted to culturally adapting the Chinese version of DPART.Convenient sampling was used to select 210 patients who entered the PACU under general anesthesia without pulling out the endotracheal tube for investigation,and reliability and validity testing of the tool.Results The Chinese version of DPART included 14 items,clustering into three common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 60.963%.The content validity of each item of DPART ranged from 0.86 to 1.00,and the content validity index of DPART was 0.905.The score of DPART was positively correlated with the score of Aldrete scale(r=0.908,P<0.01).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of DPART was 0.756,and the inter-rater reliability was 0.925(P<0.01).Conclusions The Chinese version of DPART has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for assessing the transition out of the PACU among patients under general anesthesia in the Chinese cultural background.
