摘　　要：目的探讨供应-处理-配送(supply,processing and distribution,SPD)系统在野战方舱医院耗材管理中的应用及效果评价。方法将已用于临床的SPD耗材管理系统改进后应用到野战方舱医院,比较应用前后野战方舱医院各组室在耗材请领、使用、供应、查对等方面的人力、时间消耗及医护对耗材管理工作的满意度评价。结果应用SPD系统后,野战方舱医院各组室耗材请领、供应、查对时间较应用前缩短,护士投入耗材管理时间及人力较应用前降低,医护对耗材管理满意度较应用前明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论SPD耗材管理系统优化了野战方舱医院耗材请领、使用、供应、查对流程,降低了护士在耗材管理中的时间和人力投入,提高了野战方舱医院耗材管理效率和卫勤保障能力。Objective To discuss the application and evaluate the effect of the Supply-Processing-Distribution(SPD)system in consumable material management in field shelter hospitals.Methods The SPD consumable material management system which had been used in clinic was improved and then applied in the field shelter hospitals.The manpower and time consumption of requesting,using,supplying and checking consumable materials in each group of the field shelter hospitals were compared before and after the application.Medical staff’s satisfaction on consumable material management were also compared.Results After applying the SPD system,the time used for requesting,supplying,and checking consumable materials in each group of the field shelter hospitals was shorter than that before the application;the time and manpower that nurses invested in consumable material management were lower,and the satisfaction of medical staff on consumable material management was significantly higher.All differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The SPD consumable material management system optimizes the process of requesting,using,supplying and checking consumable materials in the field shelter hospitals,reduces the time and manpower input of nurses in consumable material management,and improves the consumable material management efficiency and medical support capability of the field shelter hospitals.
