摘 要:为了解机械洗手及使用市售需经过洗手过程使用的洗手产品在离体洗手模型中对替代病毒(噬菌体)的去除率,使用离体洗手模型评价了3种市售洗手产品、1种自制甘油水溶液及清水对病毒φX174、MS2及φ6的去除效果。洗手实验采用离体仿真皮为载体,噬菌体φX174(ATCC13706-B1)、MS2(ATCC15597-B1)及φ6((NBRC 105899)为肠道病毒及呼吸道病毒的替代病毒,通过评价人工污染的仿真皮在经过模拟洗手过程前后,载体皮上病毒数量的减少值来评价其对病毒的去除效果。由实验结果可知,使用φX174作为实验病毒时,洗手产品、甘油水溶液及清水洗手时的病毒对数减少值分别为3.50、3.19、3.25、1.87及1.71;以MS2作为实验病毒时,洗手产品、甘油水溶液及清水的去除率分别为4.09、3.78、4.02、2.73及2.79;以φ6作为实验病毒时,洗手产品、甘油水溶液及清水的去除率分别为5.17、4.99、5.16、3.48及3.37。对洗手产品及对照样品清水对噬菌体除病毒率进行T检验,其P_(0.05)<0.01,均具有统计学意义;对甘油水溶液及对照样品清水对噬菌体除病毒率进行T检验,其P_(0.05)φX174、P_(0.05)MS2及P_(0.05)φ6分别为0.35、0.64及0.67,表明甘油水溶液与清水洗手时对病毒的去除效果没有显著差异。机械洗手可以除去皮肤表面的部分病毒,但使用洗手产品之后,对病毒的去除效果有了显著增加。To provide a method for evaluating the virus removal efficacy of hand-washing products,the virus removal efficacy of hand-washing agents or solely water in an in-vitro model was used,in which bacteriophage was used as surrogate virus.In this in-vitro model,artificial skin was used.BacteriophagesφX174(ATCC13706-B1),MS2(ATCC15597-B1)andφ6(NBRC 105899)were used as surrogates for human enteroviruses and respiratory virus.The virus reduction for samples before and after washing was measured.When usingφX174 as the virus,the Log10 reductions after using hand-washing agents,glycerin aqueous solution and solely water were 3.50,3.19,3.25,1.87 and 1.71,respectively;when using MS2,the reductions were 4.09,3.78,4.02,2.73 and 2.79,respectively;when usingφ6,the reductions were 5.17,4.99,5.16,3.48 and 3.37,respectively.A T-test analysis was performed to compare the virus removal efficacy between hand-washing agents and water,indicating that all of the P_(0.05)-values were less than 0.01,and statistically significant.The P_(0.05)-values ofφX174,MS2 andφ6 for the T-test between glycerin aqueous solution and water were 0.35,0.64 and 0.67,indicating that there was no significant difference between these two ways of hand washing.Though the hand washing with water can remove part of viruses from the surface of the skin,hand-washing products can make a significant improvement in virus removal.
