摘　　要：综述了重组皮肤模型进行体外替代实验的应用进展,介绍了重组皮肤模型从刺激性、腐蚀性、光毒性和遗传毒性4个方面对日化产品进行体外评估的应用,同时论述了在体外重组皮肤上诱导皮肤疾病模型方面的应用。结果表明,重组皮肤模型可有效地、科学地进行体外评估实验,最后对其未来的发展前景进行展望。The progress of the application of recombinant skin models for in vitro substitution experiments is reviewed.The application of recombinant skin models for in vitro assessment of daily chemical products is introduced from four aspects,i.e.,irritation,corrosiveness,phototoxicity and genotoxicity.The application in induced skin disease models on in vitro recombinant skin is also discussed.The results show that the recombinant skin model can be effectively and scientifically used for in vitro assessment experiments.Finally,an outlook on its future development is provided.
