山西大水网建设中的质量监管创新

摘　　要：山西大水网工程是实现全省水资源全域化配置的战略性工程,其中四大骨干工程隧洞全长670 km,具有线路长、埋深大、地下隐蔽施工等特点,管理难度较大。分析了制约工程高质量建设的主要因素,通过创新质量监管模式,对提升同类型水利工程建设质量具有借鉴意义。The Large Water Network is regarded as a strategic project for the realization of water allocation in Shanxi province.The project has four major tunnels with a total length of 670 km.It is difficult to manage due to the long line,deep burial depth and construction of underground concealed structures.Main restriction factors related to high-quality construction are evaluated.Taking innovative approaches to quality supervision shall greatly improve the construction quality of similar projects.
