摘 要:以西安市某地下综合管廊工程为背景,详细介绍了电力隧道采用土压平衡顶管工艺斜下方临近房屋穿越工程的沉降控制技术。在充分把握现场工况要素(比如隧道洞径、埋深、隧道与房屋空间距离、水文地质与工程地质情况等)的基础上,结合Midas-GTS有限元软件分析预测,通过筹划关键工序、计算各项力学指标、控制关键工艺,结合土仓压力、姿态监测与地表沉降监测,实施洞内外联动控制管理。在确保施工质量的前提下,地表最大沉降控制在20 mm以内,有效保证了周边管线和地表房屋的安全。Taking an underground comprehensive pipe gallery project in Xi'an as the background,this paper introduces in details the settlement control technology of tunnel adjacent to buildings by earth pressure balance pipe jacking method.On the basis of fully grasping such factors of on-site working conditions as tunnel diameter,overburden depth,space distance between tunnel and buildings,hydrogeology and engineering geology,combined with settlement prediction of MIDAS GTS finite element simulation,the integrated control management inside and outside the tunnel was implemented by planning key processes,calculating various mechanical indexes,controlling key steps,assisted by monitoring of soil silo pressure,monitoring of the orientatio-nand ground settlement.On the premise of ensuring construction quality,the maximum ground settlement is controlled within 20 mm,which has effectively ascertained the safety of surrounding pipelines and surface buildings.
