摘  要:富水隧道施工过程中常出现突水突泥灾害,通过现场踏勘、超前地质预报和现场综合控制技术对成昆铁路垭口隧道的突水突泥灾害进行处治。强降雨通过挤压破碎带流入洞内是隧道失稳的主要原因,采用地震波反射法TSP、红外探水、加深炮眼和超前地质水平钻孔的超前地质预报有效的对隧道前方围岩条件进行判定。现场应用双阶段施工技术,即首先对掌子面及掌子面前方围岩进行加固,为后续病害整治提供基础;待掌子面支护强度达到设计要求后进行掌子面后方围岩加固施工,有效控制现场的突水突泥灾害。Water and mud inrush disaster often occurs in the construction process of water-rich tunnel.The treatment of water and mud inrush in bealock tunnel of Chengdu-Kunning Railway was carried out by means of field survey,advance geological forecast and field comprehensive control technology.The heavy rainfall flows into the tunnel through the crushing zone is the main reason for tunnel instabiling.The conditions of surrounding rock in front of bealock tunnel can be effectively determined by seismic wave reflection TSP,infrared water exploration,deepened borehole and advance geological forecast with advance geological horizontal borehole.The two-stage construction technology in the field,that is,reinforcing the tunnel face and the surrounding rock in front of the tunnel face,can provide basis for the subsequent disaster treatment.The surrounding rock behind the tunnel face is reinforced when the tunnel face achieves the requirement of the supporting strength,which can effectively control the filed water and mud inrush disaster.
