摘  要:为提升郑万高铁湖北段ZWZQ-6标后张预应力混凝土桥梁孔道压浆质量,通过现场试验,制备了一种大掺量矿物掺合料、高抗折微膨胀的孔道压浆料。试验结果表明:硅灰对抗折强度的影响最大,其次为超强吸水树脂和聚乙烯醇纤维,影响最小的为橡胶粉;当硅灰为1%、超强吸水树脂掺量为0.1%、聚乙烯醇纤维为0.3%、橡胶粉掺量为3%时,复配抗折改性压浆材料的综合性能达到最佳,28 d抗折强度相比原设计方案提升29.7%,24 h膨胀率为0.563%,价格下降15元/t。对高性能后张预应力孔道压浆材料施工工艺进行了介绍,压浆密实度合格率达到97.95%。In order to improve the duct grouting quality of post tensioned prestressed concrete bridge in ZWZQ-6 bid section of Hubei section of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high speed railway, a duct grouting material with large amount of mineral admixture, high flexural and micro expansion was prepared through field test. The results show that silica fume has the greatest influence on the flexural strength, followed by super absorbent resin and polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and rubber powder has the least influence. When the content of silica fume is 1%, the content of super absorbent resin is 0.1%, polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.3% and rubber powder is 3%, the composite anti-flexure modified grouting material can achieve the best comprehensive performance. Compared with the original design scheme, the 28 day flexural strength is increased by 29.7%, the 24-hour expansion rate is 0.563%, and the price is reduced by 15 yuan/t. The construction technology of the grouting material with high-performance for the post tensioned prestressed duct is summarized, the qualified rate of grouting compactness reaches 97.95%.
