摘　　要：通勤成本与地方品质均是都市圈空间结构演化的重要影响因素。从人力资本职住分离的视角,通过构建基于新经济地理学的都市圈模型,研究通勤成本与地方品质竞争通过影响人力资本居住和就业的区位选择进而驱动都市圈空间结构演化的作用机制。研究结果表明:伴随着都市圈交通一体化进程逐步深入,都市圈人口集聚将呈现“完全集聚—分散”的过程,产业集聚则呈现“部分集聚—完全集聚—分散”的过程。相应地,都市圈空间结构将经历“多中心—单中心—多中心”的演化过程。在考虑政府间地方品质竞争后发现,地方品质竞争对职住分离存在显著非线性的对数增长型影响。在通勤成本较高的情况下,都市圈产业职能与居住功能均集中于中心城市;在通勤成本较低的情况下,中心城市仅容纳产业职能,而周边城市则容纳居住功能。Commuting cost and place quality are important factors affecting the spatial evolution of metropolitan areas.From the perspective of job-residence separation,this paper constructs a metropolitan area model based on new economic geography,and studies influence mechanism of commuting cost and place quality competition on the spatial evolution of metropolitan areas through influencing the location choice of residence and employment of human capital.The results show that with the gradual deepening of transportation integration in metropolitan areas,the population in the metropolitan area gradually present the evolution process of“full agglomeration-dispersion”,and industry in the metropolitan area gradually present the evolution process of“partial agglomeration-full agglomeration-dispersion”,accompanied by the spatial evolution pattern of“polycentric-monocentric-polycentric”.When place quality competition among governments is included,it is found that place quality competition has a significant nonlinear logarithmic growth effect on job-residence separation.When the commuting cost is high,the industrial and residential functions of the metropolitan area will be concentrated in the central city.In the case of low commuting cost,the central city will only contain industrial function,while surrounding cities will contain residential function.
