摘  要:为了降低企业生产制造成本,提高车身钣金件材料利用率,以某B车型前地板连接板零件、前挡板零件和后背门外板为研究对象,分别采用成型工艺、浅拉延工艺及套裁工艺,然后利用AutoForm分析软件结合实际生产经验,最终优化了钣金件冲压工艺方案达到材料利用率的最大化。试验表明:通过实践检验最终总结出一套提升材料利用率的标准流程,零件的材料利用率得到了很大的提高,此方法亦可为同行业新车型在产品设计和生产制造中提供参考。In order to reduce the production cost of the enterprise and improve the material utilization rate of the body sheet metal parts,the front floor connecting plate parts,front baffle parts and rear door outer panels of a B model are taken as the research objects.The forming process,the shallow drawing process and the nesting process were adopted respectively,and then the AutoForm analysis software was used in combination with the actual production experience to finally optimize the sheet metal stamping process plan to maximize the material utilization rate.The test shows that a set of standard procedures for improving the material utilization rate is finally concluded through practical tests,and the material utilization rate of the parts has been greatly improved.This method can also provide a reference for the product design and manufacturing of new models in the same industry.
