摘 要:基于区块链(Block Chain,BC)和供应链(Supply Chain,SC)的体系化思路,提出了一种结合无线射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)、物联网感知技术、二维码技术的汽车制造业区块供应链技术模型,依托于股权证明(Proof of Stake,POS)共识算法(Consensus Algorithm,CA)实现了三个独立区块的同步记账,优化了汽车制造业中部件供应、整车制造、整车物流的追踪管理整合,提升了汽车制造供应链中信息透明度和可溯源性,形成时间成本、人力资源的优化效益,统筹提升了供应链上下游的信任机制,具备良好的应用前景。A systematic construction based on block-supply chain has been driven by the technological model in automobile manufacture,conflating the radio frequency identification,web of things and two-dimensional code technologies.Three synchronous and independent accounting blocks are powered by the consensus algorithm employed by proof of stake,which integrates the trace management of parts supply,manufactory and logistics.Attributed to the abovementioned features,a confidence mechanism has been established among the upstream and downstream in supply chain,prompting the cost optimization of human resource and time with enhanced information transparency and traceability.
