摘　　要：对于某公司的PHW200L电视支架总装线,运用ECRS原则对其进行流程程序分析和工序同期化优化,降低了节拍、时间损失系数和平滑系数,使得总装线的产能得到了较大幅度的提高;进一步对改善后总装线盈亏平衡点产量及产能效益进行分析,得出增加人工成本下的总装线日最低产量(即盈亏平衡点产量),并基于改善后的产能增加及单位产品人工成本的降低分析了公司的效益增加情况,为制造型企业生产线流程优化提供了决策参考。For a company's PHW200L TV stand assembly line,the ECRS principle was used to analyze the process procedures and optimize the process synchronization,which reduces the rhythm,time loss coefficient,and smoothing factor,which greatly improves the production capacity of the assembly line.Further analyze the improved break-even point production and capacity efficiency of the final assembly line,and obtain the minimum daily output of the final assembly line(ie,break-even point production)under the increase of labor costs,and based on the increase of production capacity and the decrease of labor cost per unit product,it analyzes the increase of company's benefit,which provides a decision reference for production line process optimization of manufacturing enterprises.
