摘  要:为了控制H型构件在焊接后的焊接变形,这里采用了热弹性变形法对焊接工艺进行分析,研究了焊接方向对H型构件焊后变形的影响。发现焊接方向对H型构件纵向变形的影响不明显,对扭转变形有明显的影响。结果表明:不同的焊接方向对扭转变形有着不同的影响,当上下翼板的焊接方向相同时,上下翼板在焊接后朝着相同的方向发生扭转变形,上下翼板的相对扭转变形较小,一般情况下可直接用于装配;当上下翼板的焊接方向相反时,上下翼板在焊接后朝着相反的方向发生扭转变形,上下翼板的相对扭转变形较大,需要焊后矫正工序来矫正其变形。In order to control the welding deformation of H-shaped members after welding,it uses the thermoelastic deformation method to analyze the welding process,and studies the influence of welding direction on the H-shaped members'post-weld deformation.It is found that the welding direction has no significant effect on the longitudinal deformation of H-shaped members,and it has a significant effect on torsional deformation.The results show that different welding directions have different effects on torsional deformation.When the welding directions of the upper and lower wing plates are the same,the upper and lower wing plates undergo torsional deformation in the same direction after welding,and the relative torsional deformation of the upper and lower wing plates is smaller.In general,it can be directly used for assembly;when the welding directions of the upper and lower wings are reversed,the upper and lower wings are twisted and deformed in the opposite direction after welding,and the relative torsional deformation of the upper and lower wings is relatively large,requiring a post-weld correction process to Correct its deformation.
