摘 要:提出一种高性能双圆弧斜齿齿轮泵,为解决泵高速化带来的转动副共振问题,对转动副进行模态分析。建立转动副三维模型,利用有限元进行无预应力与有预应力模态分析,取前8阶模态对比分析,结果表明:添加预应力后,转动副各阶振型没有变化,仅每一阶固有频率与振幅有较小变化,转动副工作转速远离临界转速,不会发生共振。优化减小转轴直径后,各阶固有频率降低,仍满足设计要求。分析结果进一步表明转动副不会与泵体产生共振。分析方法对高速液压泵稳定性设计有借鉴意义。Propose a high performance double circular arc helical gear pump,to solve the problem of rotating pair resonance caused by high speed,perform a modal analysis on a rotating pair.Establish a three-dimensional model of the rotating pair,use finite element to perform non-prestressed and pre-stressed modal analysis,the first eight modes were taken for comparative analysis.The results show that:After the prestress is added,modes of each order of the rotating pair have not changed,only the natural frequency and amplitude of each order have small changes.The working speed of the rotating pair is far from the critical speed,and no resonance occurs.After the diameter of the rotating shaft is optimized and reduced,the natural frequency of each order is reduced and still meets the design requirements.The analysis results show that the rotating pair does not resonate with the pump body.The analysis method can be used for reference in the stability design of high speed hydraulic pump.
