摘　　要：针对扬声器纸盆生产线生产效率和自动化程度不高的问题,基于FX系列PLC控制技术设计出一款扬声器纸盆全自动化生产设备,该系统主要由注浆成型装置、压模装置、抓取机械臂和收料装置四部分组成,具有快速成型、抓取料和无等待时间流水线式的功能,并通过触摸屏实时显示控制生产系统中各个装置的运动状态、运行时间和扬声器纸盆的生产数量,更加精准高效率的实现纸盆的自动化生产。通过测试运行该系统可提高生产效率、降低了废品率,还可满足用户界面人性化的要求,为纸盆制造企业推广设备改造升级提供了参考。Aiming at the problem that the production efficiency and automation of the speaker paper cone production line are not high,a fully automatic speaker paper cone production equipment is designed based on the FX series PLC control technology.It is composed of four parts and receiving device.It has the functions of rapid prototyping,grasping and no waiting time.It also displays and controls the movement status,running time of each device in the production system and the number of speaker cones.Accurate and efficient automatic production of paper cones.Testing and running the system can improve production efficiency,reduce the rate of rejects,and also meet the user-friendly requirements of the user interface,which provides a reference for paper basin manufacturers to promote equipment upgrades.
