摘 要:为了解旋转阀正脉冲随钻测量仪正常工作时影响随钻测量仪工作效率的因素,分析多种工况下单个正脉冲压力信号生成过程中,阀体总成转子轴向力、转矩、旋转阻力矩的变化情况,建立轴向力数学模型及阀体总成仿真模型。利用液压流体力学相关理论,对阀体总成中转子轴向力及转矩进行理论分析,利用数值仿真和随钻测量系统测井平台现场实验结果进行验证。通过对旋转阀正脉冲随钻测量仪转子负载特性分析,得到转子在不同工况下的转子轴向力及转矩周期性变化规律,为系统驱动电机的选择提供了理论依据。现场实验结果表明,正脉冲随钻测量仪在大负载条件下信号稳定,未出现正脉冲信号大幅波动现象。In order to study the factors that affect the work efficiency of rotary valve positive measurement while drilling system during normal operation,it analyzed the change of rotor axial force,rotor torque and rotor resistance moment during the generation of a single positive pulse pressure signal under different conditions,and established a math method model of axial force and a simulation model of valve assembly system.In this study,theories of hydraulic fluid mechanics are introduced to analyze axial force,torque and resistance moment exerted of the rotor on a theoretical level,and these analysis results can be mutually verified and complemented with numerical simulation results and field experimental results of logging platform for measurement while drilling(MWD)system.By analyzing the load characteristics of rotary valve pulse MWD system,periodic variation of rotor axial force and rotor torque were obtained.It provides theoretical basis for the selection of drive motor.Field experimental shows that the signal of positive pulse MWD system is stable and no significant pressure fluctuation is found.
