摘 要:大型真空电子束焊接舱是真空电子束焊接技术在航天飞航弹体轻量化、复杂化、大型化结构件制造过程的应用基础和关键部件。介绍了大型真空电子束焊接舱的重要组成和结构特点;利用数字化技术实现了真空室的设计分析和3D数模设计;完成了真空系统主要元器件的选型计算和校核;利用分析软件验证了真空室在工作状态下的应力-应变和吊装时的安全可靠性,并提出了优化改进方向;根据真空室焊接易变形的特点,制定了真空室和室大门的焊接制造工艺;最后用实例验证了大型真空电子束焊接舱的关键技术指标,证实了研制方案的可行性和可靠性。The large vacuum electron beam welding cabin is the foundation and key components of the application of vacuum electron beam welding technology in the manufacturing process of lightweight,complex and large-scale structural parts of aerospace missiles.The components and characteristics of welding cabin is introduced;The analysis and 3D model of vacuum chamber are realized by digital technology;The selection and verification of the main components of the vacuum system have been completed;The Stress-Strain and hoisting safety of vacuum chamber and door is checked using software,and the direction of optimization and improvement is put forward;The welding technology of vacuum chamber and door is advanced because of welding deformation;Finally,the key technical indexes of the large vacuum electron beam welding cabin are verified by examples,and the feasibility and reliability of the development scheme are verified.
