摘  要:真空环境下MoS_(2)基固体润滑轴承的摩擦磨损特性对轴承的工作性能及磨损寿命具有重要影响。以真空球-盘摩擦磨损试验机为依托,基于滚动轴承拟静力学和Archard磨损理论,建立了固体润滑轴承的磨损寿命模型,并进行了试验验证。采用数值仿真方法,研究了固体润滑轴承工况参数和结构参数对其摩擦磨损特性的影响规律。结果表明,所建立的模型能够较好地预测轴承的磨损寿命,计算结果与试验结果的误差在11.7%以内。承受轴向载荷的固体润滑轴承低速运转时的磨损寿命与转速无关,但载荷对其磨损寿命影响较大,呈负相关趋势;内外套圈沟曲率半径系数的变化直接影响轴承的磨损寿命,且随内沟曲率半径系数的增加而变大,随外沟曲率半径系数的增加而变小;轴承钢球个数增加、接触角增大均可有效地降低轴承的磨损率,提高轴承的磨损寿命。The friction and wear characteristics of MoS_(2)-based solid-lubricated bearings have an impor⁃tant influence on the performance and wear life of bearings in vacuum atmosphere.Relying on the vacuum ball friction and wear testing machines and based on the quasi-statics of rolling bearings and the Archard wear theory,the wear life model of solid lubricated bearings is established and verified by experiments.Numerical simula⁃tion method is used to study the influence of working condition parameters and bearing structure parameters on the friction and wear characteristics of the solid-lubricated bearings.The model can predict the wear life of the bearings well,and the error between the calculated results and the experimental results is within 11.7%.In the low speed range,the wear life of the solid-lubricated bearings under axial load has no relation with the rotation speed,but the load has a great influence on the wear life,showing a negative correlation trend.The change of ra⁃dius coefficient of inner and outer ring grooves directly affects the wear life of bearings,and it increases with the increase of radius coefficient of inner ring grooves and decreases with the increase of radius coefficient of outer ring grooves.The increasing number of bearing steel balls and the enlargement of the contact angle can effectively reduce the wear rate of bearings and improve the wear life of bearings.
