开鲁县红干椒生长期气象条件分析及生产建议

摘　　要：开鲁县被誉为“红干椒之都”,种植规模大,面积广,从业人数多,已成为中国最大的县域红干椒生产集散地。在通辽市“十四五”气象事业发展规划、开鲁县“十四五”发展规划中明确提出,开展农产品气候品质评价服务,助力打造通辽市开鲁县红干椒区域公用品牌,积极推进优质农畜产品“气候好产品”认证,能否顺利完成“气候好产品”认证的前提基础便要具有适宜的气象条件。通过分析红干椒不同生长期对气象条件的需求,根据开鲁县国家气象观测站1991—2020年30年的气象数据,分析了开鲁县红干椒生育期的气象条件和气象灾害,并提出了一些相应的建议,规划了气象服务方案,为做好红干椒气象服务、趋利避害提供了科学的依据。Kailu County was known as“the capital of red dry pepper”.It had large scale,wide area and large number of employees.It had become the largest distributing center for red pepper production in China.In the“14th five year plan”of Tongliao City and the“14th five year plan”of Kailu County,it was clearly proposed to carry out the climate quality evaluation service of agricultural products,help build the regional public brand of red and dry pepper in Kailu County,Tongliao City,and actively promote the certification of“good climate products”of high-quality agricultural and livestock products.The prerequisite for the successful completion of the certification of“good climate products”was to have appropriate meteorological conditions.By analyzing the demand for meteorological conditions in different growth periods of red dry pepper,and according to the meteorological data of Kailu National Meteorological Observatory from 1991 to 2020,this paper analyzes the meteorological conditions and meteorological disasters in the growth period of red dry pepper in Kailu County,puts forward suggestions and plans the meteorological service scheme.
