摘 要:为了合理开发当地的风能资源,利用民权县风电场2座测风塔观测资料,依据风能资源评估技术方法,计算了空气密度、风功率密度、风能频率、湍流强度、风切变指数、50年一遇最大风速和极大风速等风能参数,分析了当地各项风能资源参数的变化规律和特征。结果表明:风速、风功率密度年内变化基本一致,日变化总体呈波浪形,白天小、夜晚大,有效风速和风能基本集中,风场主风向、主风能风向稳定,风能较为集中,有利于风机的排布、稳定运行和提高发电力,湍流强度为中等,50年一遇最大风速均小于37.5 m/s。In order to reasonably develop the local wind energy resources,based on the observation data of two anemometers in Minquan county wind farm and the technical methods of wind energy resource assessment,the wind energy parameters such as air density,wind power density,wind energy frequency,turbulence intensity,wind shear index,maximum wind speed and extreme wind speed with once every 50 years return period were calculated,and the variation rules and characteristics of local wind energy resource parameters were analyzed.The results show that:the annual changes of wind speed and wind power density are basically consistent,the daily changes are generally wavy,small in the day and large at night,the effective wind speed and wind energy are basically concentrated,the main wind direction and the main wind direction of the wind farm are stable,and the wind energy is relatively concentrated,which is conducive to the arrangement and stable operation of the wind turbine and the improvement o.
