摘 要:传统普通混凝土已经难以满足绿色建筑和装配式建筑的发展需要,轻质高强绿色环保是混凝土的发展方向.火山渣是一种天然轻骨料,是制备轻骨料混凝土理想的原材料,但由于火山渣质量较轻,在制备火山渣轻骨料混凝土过程中容易出现分层离析现象,严重影响了火山渣轻骨料混凝土的工程应用.本实验研究了聚合物、泡沫剂和秸秆纤维对火山渣轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响,对火山渣混凝土的性能进行了优化,实验结果表明适量的聚合物、泡沫剂和秸秆纤维不但能解决火山渣轻骨料混凝土分层离析现象,且使其力学性能得到明显提高.Traditional ordinary concrete has been difficult to meet the development needs of green building and prefabricated building,lightweight,high strength and green environmental protection is the development direction of concrete.Scoria is a kind of natural lightweight aggregate,which is an ideal raw material for preparing lightweight aggregate concrete.However,due to the light weight of scoria,it is easy to appear stratification and segregation in the process of preparing lightweight scoria aggregate concrete,which seriously affects the engineering application of scoria lightweight aggregate concrete.This experiment studied the polymer,foaming agent and straw fiber on the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete cinder,the influence of the performance of cinder concrete is optimized,the experimental results show that the right amount of polymer,foaming agent and straw fiber can not only solve the cinder layered segregation phenomenon of lightweight aggregate concrete,and its mechanical properties are improved significantly.
