摘 要:天然玉米秸秆纤维由于加工成本低、改性效果优异而成为新型路面改性剂.本文研究了玉米秸秆纤维提取制备工艺,并对纤维进行微观结构观测,分析了将纤维掺入沥青的改性效果.结果表明,当秸秆一次破碎量为60 g时,浸泡时间为4.5 h,破碎时间为2.5 min,合格纤维提取率最高;玉米秸秆纤维的微观图像显示纤维内部组织呈网状结构,表面呈沟壑状,存在约20%空隙率,证明了玉米秸秆纤维具有良好的吸附沥青性能,纤维掺入沥青中可以显著提升沥青的针入度和软化点,对延度的改善效果并不十分明显,证实了玉米秸秆纤维可用作路面改性剂,玉米秸秆纤维在道路工程材料领域中有较好的应用前景.Natural corn straw fiber has become a new type of pavement modifier because of its low processing cost and excellent modification effect.In this paper,the extraction and preparation technology of corn straw fiber was studied,and the microstructure of fiber was observed,and the modification effect of fiber mixed with asphalt was analyzed.The results showed that the extraction rate of qualified fiber was the highest when soaking time was 4.5hours,crushing amount was 60 g and crushing time was 2.5 minutes.Microscopic images of corn straw fiber show that the inner tissue of the fiber is reticulate,the surface is gully,and there is about 20%porosity,which proves that corn straw fiber has good asphalt adsorption performance;Adding fiber into asphalt significantly improved the penetration and softening point of asphalt,but the improvement effect on ductility was not obvious.which proved the feasibility of using corn straw fiber as pavement modifier and promoted the application of corn straw fiber in related fields of road engineering materials.
