摘　　要：随着信息技术与全球价值链的深度融合,数字贸易已成为全球市场竞争中的重点领域,而在数字贸易的国际竞争中,我国数字贸易正处于发展初期,仍落后于世界领先国家。因此,探索我国数字贸易国际竞争力的影响因素以及提升我国数字贸易国际竞争力就变得尤为重要。在描述性分析我国数字贸易发展以及运用熵权法测度和评价我国数字贸易国际竞争力的基础上,基于2008—2020年10个国家可数字化交付的数字服务贸易额等有关统计数据,运用逐步回归法实证检验我国数字贸易国际竞争力的影响因素。研究表明:首先,我国数字贸易国际竞争力处于微弱优势地位,国际市场占有率并不高,但国际市场份额增速位居世界前列,潜力巨大。其次,科技投入水平、第二产业对国内生产总值增长的拉动百分比、数字贸易开放度和政府的政策引导是提升我国数字贸易国际竞争力的主要影响因素。其中,影响力最为显著的是科技投入水平,数字贸易是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要产物,数字技术创新已成为数字贸易的核心驱动力;第二产业的发展成为影响数字贸易国际竞争力的主要因素,数字贸易是信息通信技术发挥重要作用的贸易形式,而新一代信息通信技术与工业经济深度融合成工业互联网,并广泛延伸到国民经济的主要行业。鉴于此,我国应加大数字技术研发投入,注重数字技术人才培育;加快工业互联网建设,推动数字贸易产业发展;提升数字贸易开放度,扩大对外数字贸易规模;加强和完善顶层战略设计,促进数字贸易科学发展。With the deep integration of information technology and global value chain,digital trade has become a key area in the global market competition,while China's digital trade is in the early stage of development,still lagging behind the world's leading countries in the international competition of digital trade.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the factors affecting the international competitiveness of China's digital trade and to enhance the international competitiveness of China's digital trade.Based on the descriptive analysis of the development of China's digital trade and the measurement and evaluation of the international competitiveness of China's digital trade by using the entropy method,the authors empirically test the influencing factors of China's international competitiveness of digital trade by using the stepwise regression method based on the relevant statistical data such as the amount of international trade in digitally-deliverable services in 10 economies from 2008 to 2020.The research shows that,first,the international competitiveness of China's digital trade is in a weak position and the international market share is not high,but the growth rate of the market share is in the forefront of the world and has great potential.And second,the improvement of international competitiveness is mainly affected by the level of investment in science and technology,the percentage of GDP growth driven by the secondary industry,the openness of digital trade,and the relevant policies of the government.And among all these factors,the level of investment in science and technology has the most significant impact,digital trade is the important fruit of the new round of science and technological reform and industrial changes,and innovation in digital technology has become the core driving force for digital trade;and the development of the secondary industry has become the main factor having impact on the international competitiveness of digital trade,digital trade is the important trade form for informat
