摘 要:金银花是我国传统的药用植物,其主要活性成分是绿原酸和木犀草苷,均具有抗炎症、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等重要活性。金银花因其丰富的活性成分被广泛应用于食品、药品及农产品中。本文通过查阅文献,总结了绿原酸和木犀草苷相关活性机理;并对金银花内生菌资源进行整合分析,对金银花内生菌在生物防治、生物催化合成及促进植物生长等方面的应用进行综述;以期为金银花资源的合理开发利用及其内生菌应用提供参考。Honeysuckle is a traditional medicinal plant in China.Its main active components are chlorogenic acid and luteoloside,both of which have important activities such as anti-inflammation,antiviral,anti-oxidation and anti-tumor.Honeysuckle is widely used in food,drugs and agricultural products because of its rich active ingredients.In this paper,the relevant activity mechanism of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside was summarized through literature review.The resources of endophytic from honeysuckle were integrated and analyzed,and their application in biological control,biocatalytic synthesis and plant growth promotion was reviewed.It is expected to provide reference for the rational development of honeysuckle resources and the application of endophytes.
