摘　　要：雄安新区作为“千年大计、国家大事”,将建成我国创新驱动发展引领区,成为全球创新中心和世界级旅游城市,在这个过程中,科技创新是其内在要求和核心任务。本文基于科技创新视角,围绕雄安新区文化和旅游高质量发展,在把握国内外研究现状、新阶段科技创新特点以及雄安新区发展需求的基础上,提出以科技创新促进雄安新区文化旅游体系化建设思路,并从时间、空间、方法、措施、保障五个角度探寻科技创新驱动文化和旅游高质量发展的实施路径,以期助力建设高品质“未来之城”。The Xiong'an New Area,as a'millennium plan and national event',will become a leading area for innovation driven development in China,a global innovation center and a world-class tourism city.In this process,scientific and technological innovation is its inherent requirement and core task.Based on the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,this paper focuses on the high-quality development of culture and tourism in Xiong'an New Area.On the basis of mastering the research status at home and abroad,the characteristics of scientific and technological innovation of the new stage and the development needs of Xiong'an New Area,the implementation path of high-quality development of culture and tourism driven by scientific and technological innovation are explored from the perspectives of time,space,methods,measures and to assist in building a'city of the future'with high-quality.
