摘  要:在前期聚α-烯烃减阻剂合成工作的基础上,以经过合成条件优化的辛烯-癸烯共聚物为基础,配制聚α-烯烃减阻剂浆液,探究了主悬浮介质、密度调节剂、乳化剂、固含量、减阻聚合物颗粒粒径对浆液稳定性的影响。结果表明,优选配制稳定的减阻剂浆液的条件为:主悬浮介质为正己醇,密度调节剂为乙二醇丁醚,乳化剂为聚氧乙烯油醇醚,浆液固含量为35%,减阻聚合物颗粒粒径大于40目。存放稳定性和耐温性测试结果表明,浆液可以在-30~70℃的环境下长期稳定存放。流变性测试结果表明,浆液呈明显的剪切稀化,且固含量越高的浆液剪切稀化越明显。研究可为高性能减阻剂的工业化生产提供重要的参考。Based on our achievements in the synthesis ofα-olefin copolymer drag reducer,the octene-decene copolymer with optimized synthesis conditions was used to prepare poly-α-olefin drag reducer slurry.The effects of main suspension medium,density agent,emulsifier,solid content and particle size of drag-reducing polymer particles on slurry stability were explored.The results show that the optimal conditions for preparing a stable drag reducer slurry are as follows:the main suspension medium is n-hexanol,the density agent is 2-butoxy ethanol,the emulsifier is polyoxyethylene oleyl ether,the solid content of the slurry is 35%;the size of the polymer particles is greater than 40 meshes.The storage stability and temperature resistance test results show that the slurry can be stored stably for a long time in the environment of-30~70℃.The rheological test results show that the slurry exhibits obvious shear thinning,which is more obvious with the increase of the solid content of the slurry.This study can provide an important reference for the industrial production of high-performance DRA.
