摘  要:针对塔河油田高温高盐缝洞油藏堵水困难且堵剂易被地层水稀释导致有效封堵段下降,从而降低封堵效果的技术难题,选用两种类型的聚丙烯酰胺(P-71、P-9)为主剂,海藻酸钠作为助剂,氯化钠为降粘剂,对苯二酚、六亚甲基四胺作为交联剂制备了具有耐温耐盐性能的抗稀释冻胶堵剂(SA-PAM),并对其封堵效果进行了评价。结果表明,最优配方为0.5%P-71+1%P-9+0.5%对苯二酚+0.5%六亚甲基四胺+0.5%海藻酸钠+4%氯化钠。该堵剂在高温高盐条件下成胶时未被地层水稀释,抗稀释效果明显;130℃下成胶时间为4 h、老化28 d达到最大失水率6.95%,同时,冻胶内结合水的占比较高,从而说明其对水具有很强的亲和性能;SA-PAM冻胶老化30 d,经过5 PV地层水(2.1×10^(5) mg/L)冲刷后其封堵率仍然大于85%,表明该冻胶体系在高温高盐条件下不易脱水失稳且具有优异的耐冲刷性。In view of the technical problem that it is difficult to block water in high temperature and high salt fracture cave reservoir of Tahe oilfield,and the plugging agent is easy to be diluted by formation water,resulting in the decline of effective plugging section,so as to reduce the plugging effect,two types of polyacrylamide(P-71 and P-9)are selected as the main agent,sodium alginate as the auxiliary agent,sodium chloride as the viscosity reducer,hydroquinone and hexamethylenetetramine was used as crosslinking agent to prepare anti-dilution gel plugging agent(SA-PAM)with high temperature and salt tolerance,and its plugging effect was evaluated.The results showed that the optimum formula was 0.5%P-71+1%P-9+0.5%hydroquinone+0.5%hexamethylenetetramine+0.5%sodium alginate+4%sodium chloride.The plugging agent is not diluted by formation water when gelling under high temperature and high salt conditions,and the anti-dilution effect is obvious;the gel forming time at 130℃was 4 h and the maximum water loss rate was 6.95%after aging for 28 d.At the same time,the proportion of bound water in the gel was relatively high,which showed that it had strong affinity for water;SA-PAM gel is aged for 30 d and passes through 5 PV formation water(2.1×10^(5) mg/L)after scouring,the plugging rate is still greater than 85%,indicating that the gel is not easy to dehydration and instability under the conditions of high temperature and high salt,and has excellent scouring resistance.
