摘 要:使用碳纳米管C-KH550对硼砂、丙三醇、乙二醇、多乙烯多胺制备的BJY进行改性,得到压裂液用的纳米有机硼交联剂BJY1,以羟丙基胍胶作为稠化剂评价其交联效果,考察了反应温度、反应时间、pH值、交联比对交联体系粘度性能的影响。结果表明,BJY与C-KH550在100℃下反应4 h可得到性能最佳的BJY1;pH=7.5、交联比100∶0.2的交联体系,在90℃、170 s^(-1)下,恒温剪切30 min后,BJY、BJY1交联体系粘度分别为85.36,103.8 mPa·s,交联剂BJY连接纳米材料后交联性能明显提高。BJY prepared from borax,glycerol,ethylene glycol and polyethylenepolyamine was modified with carbon nanotube C-KH550 to obtain nano organic boron crosslinking agent BJY1 for fracturing fluid,and hydroxypropylguanidine gum was used as thickener to evaluate its crosslinking effect.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,pH,and crosslinking ratio on the performance of the crosslinking system were investigated.The results showed that the best performance of BJY1 can be obtained by reacting BJY and C-KH550 at 100℃for 4 h.For the crosslinking system with pH=7.5 and crosslinking ratio of 100∶0.2,the viscosity of BJY and BJY1 crosslinking systems were 85.36 mPa·s and 103.8 mPa·s respectively after constant temperature shearing for 30 min at 90℃and 170 s^(-1).
