摘  要:以南昌某机械加工厂中破乳后的切削废液为实验对象,采用混凝沉淀-Fenton氧化组合对该废水进行预处理,研究废水药剂投加量、pH、反应时间等因素对废水中COD去除效果的影响。混凝沉淀实验表明,当采用聚合硫酸铁为混凝剂,投加量为1.3 g/L,助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺投加量为30 mg/L,pH为8,反应时间为180 min时,COD由7.66 g/L降至5.6 g/L。Fenton氧化实验表明,pH为3,H_(2)O_(2)和Fe^(2+)的投加量分别为1.96,27.44 mol/L,且氧化时间为120 min时,COD降到0.99 g/L。混凝沉淀-Fenton氧化组合实验使废水总的去除率达到86.92%,去除效果良好,再附加生化反应即可达标。Taking the cutting waste liquid after demulsification in a machining plant in Nanchang as the experimental object,the wastewater was pretreated by the combination of coagulation sedimentation and Fenton oxidation,and the factors such as the dosage of wastewater chemicals,pH,and reaction time were studied on the effect of COD in wastewater.The coagulation and precipitation experiment show that:the dosage is 1.3 g/L when polymerized ferric sulfate is used as coagulant,the dosage of the coagulant aid polyacrylamide is 30 mg/L,the pH is 8,and the reaction time is 180 min,the COD decreased from 7.66 g/L to 5.6 g/L.The Fenton oxidation experiment show that when the pH is 3,the dosages of H_(2)O_(2)and Fe^(2+)are 1.96,27.44 mol/L,respectively,and the COD decrease to 0.99 g/L when the reaction time is 120 min.The coagulation sedimentation-Fenton oxidation combine experiment made the total removal rate of wastewater reach 86.92%,the removal effect is very good,and the additional biochemical reaction could reach the standard.
