摘  要:以水为溶剂,在催化剂和引发剂存在的条件下以自由基聚合的方式合成了衣康酸/甲基丙烯磺酸钠(IA/SMAS)共聚物,将产物进行提纯后,用乌氏粘度计测得产物的相对分子质量为1523。之后采用3种不同的方法评价了聚合产物对碳酸钙的阻垢性能,分别为pH位移法,电化学阻抗法以及静态试验法。3种方法的实验结果均表明,在一定加药量下,该共聚产物对CaCO_(3)的阻垢率均能达到100%。Itaconic acid/sodium methacrylate copolymers were synthesized by free radical polymerization in the presence of catalyst and initiator using water as solvent.The product was purified and the relative molecular mass of the product was measured as 1523 by using a Unger’s viscometer.Subsequently,the scale inhibition performance of the polymerized product against calcium carbonate was evaluated by three different methods.They were pH shift method,electrochemical impedance method and static test method.The experimental results of all three methods showed that the scale inhibition performance of the copolymer on calcium carbonate could reach 100%under certain dosing amount.
