摘 要:掺配煤化工废水制备水煤浆,废水组成为变换冷凝液、低温甲醇洗废水、MTO废水与火炬冷凝液的掺配比例3∶2∶1∶1,新鲜水与废水的掺配比例为3∶7,制备的水煤浆固含量61.0%,旋转粘度784.7 mPa·s,24 h穿透率98.0%,72 h析水率6.1%,pH值8.1,水煤浆粒度分布合理。掺配不同种类的煤化工废水制备水煤浆,减少了废水处理量,降低了废水处理成本,实现了废水的资源化利用。Coal-water slurry can be prepared by blending coal chemical wastewater.The wastewater is composed of shift condensate,low-temperature methanol washing wastewater,MTO wastewater and torch condensate in a proportion of 3∶2∶1∶1.The proportion of fresh water and wastewater is 3∶7,the prepared CWS has a solid content of 61.0%,a rotational viscosity of 784.7 mPa·s,a 24-hour penetration rate of 98.0%,a 72-hour water separation rate of 6.1%,and a pH value of 8.1.The particle size distribution of the CWS is reasonable.Mixing different types of coal chemical wastewater to prepare coal-water slurry reduces the amount of wastewater treatment,reduces the cost of wastewater treatment,and realizes the resource utilization of wastewater.
