摘 要:废弃油茶壳采用水热炭化-KOH活化法制备活性炭。通过单因素和响应面实验,优化的最佳工艺条件为:碱炭比2.43∶1,活化温度816℃,活化时间122 min,此时碘吸附值为2695.71 mg/g,质量产率为30.40%。利用元素分析、工业分析、Boehm滴定、FTIR、SEM、BET分析活性炭特性。结果表明,活性炭C含量高,脱水、脱羧、脱甲基反应剧烈,但仍保留少量含氧官能团。SEM可见水热炭有微炭球生产,活性炭产生大量孔隙,比表面积较小,为20.59 m^(2)/g;活性炭以微孔为主,比表面积为1573.65 m^(2)/g,微孔占比80.55%;平均孔径为1.30 nm,总孔容为1.02 m^(3)/g,微孔占总孔容的58.63%。Activated carbon was prepared from waste Camellia oleifera shell(COS)by hydrothermal carbonization combined with KOH activation.Using single factor and response surface method,the optimal technological conditions were as follows:2.43∶1 of the alkali-carbon ratio,816℃of the temperature,and 122 min of the time.Under these conditions,the iodine adsorption value and the mass yield rate is 2695.71 mg/g,30.40%,respectively.The characteristics were analysis via the elemental analysis,industrial analysis,Boehm titration,Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and Brunauer emmett teller(BET).The results showed that,the C content of activated carbon(C-AC)was high,and the reaction of dehydration,decarboxylation and demethylation was severe.A few oxygen-containing functional groups were still preserved.SEM showed that the hydrothermal carbon(C-HTC)had micro-carbon balls,and the C-AC produced many pores.Pore structure analysis showed that the specific surface area of C-HTC was 20.59 m^(2)/g.The specific surface area of C-AC was 1573.65 m^(2)/g,and the pore structure was dominated by micropores,which accounting for 80.55%of the total specific surface area.The average pore size of C-AC was 1.30 nm,the total pore volume was 1.02 m^(3)/g,and the micropores volume accounted for 58.63%of total pore volume.
