摘 要:羟乙基磺酸钠直接氨解法合成N-甲基牛磺酸钠具有流程短、环境友好等优点,但是其工艺开发受到其合成产物N-甲基牛磺酸钠快速定量的限制。通过配制模拟反应产物,消除原料对N-甲基牛磺酸钠测定的影响因素,并采用正交实验设计的方法,获得了酸碱滴定测定合成产物中N-甲基牛磺酸钠的含量的优化方法。结果表明,对N-甲基牛磺酸钠滴定结果的影响程度的大小依次为:甲醛的加入量、加入的水量和取样质量,且甲醛的加入量对滴定分析结果影响较显著。测定的优化条件为:取样质量为0.5 g左右,加入的水量为30 mL,甲醛的量为3 mL。优化后测定N-甲基牛磺酸钠结果的相对误差<0.6%,此法为该反应以及类似反应的分析方法的开发提供依据。The synthesis of sodium N-methyl taurine by direct ammonia hydrolysis of sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate has the advantages of short process and environmental friendliness,but its development is limited by the rapid quantification of its synthetic product.The influence factors of raw materials on the determination of sodium N-methyl taurine were eliminated by the preparation of simulated reaction products,and an optimization method for the determination of sodium N-methyl taurine in synthetic products by acid-base titration was obtained by orthogonal experimental design.The results show that the degree of influence on the titration results of sodium N-methyl taurine is as follows:the amount of formaldehyde added,the amount of water added and the quality of sample,and the amount of formaldehyde added has a significant effect on the titration results.The optimized conditions were as follows:the sampling mass was about 0.5 g,the amount of water was 30 mL,and the amount of formaldehyde was 3 mL.The relative error of the optimized results is less than 0.6%,which provides a basis for the development of analytical methods for this reaction and similar reactions.
