摘  要:为探究冰桨干扰下螺旋桨的空泡脉动压力特性,以某破冰船的螺旋桨为研究对象,在空泡水筒内开展冰阻塞工况下的螺旋桨空泡脉动压力试验,探究冰阻塞和冰桨轴向间距对螺旋桨空泡脉动压力的影响。试验结果表明:当有冰阻塞时,螺旋桨叶背处的空泡面积相比无冰阻塞时明显变大,1阶叶频脉动压力显著增大;随着冰桨轴向间距的减小,螺旋桨空泡面积变大,1阶叶频脉动压力增大;试验中产生的桨-船体涡空泡(Propeller-Hull Vortex Cavitation,PHVC)会影响桨叶的空泡形态和脉动压力,使2阶叶频脉动压力增大,并使空泡脉动压力具有随机瞬态特性,经典的FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)谱不能用来分析其非平稳特征,需研究新的分析方法。由于PHVC引起的随机瞬态脉动压力幅值较大,工程上应避免船舶产生PHVC。The characteristics of cavitation and fluctuation pressure on the propeller for an icebreaker are tested in a cavitation tunnel under ice-jam condition.The relevance of the cavitation and fluctuation pressure to axial ice-propeller distance is focused on.The following are the findings.The sheet cavitation area on the back of the propeller blades and the fluctuation pressure at the first-order blade passing frequency both increase significantly in an environment of ice jam.When axial ice-propeller distance decreases,the sheet cavitation area and the fluctuation pressure go up accordingly.The PHVC(Propeller-Hull Vortex Cavitation)can change the cavitation pattern and the magnitude of fluctuation pressure,in turn,increase the fluctuation pressure at the second-order blade passing frequency.The latter,being random and transient,cannot be analyzed with classical FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)spectrum.Because the amplitude of random transient pressure pulse caused by PHVC can be rather great,it should be avoided.
