摘 要:以某铜冶炼企业稀贵厂酸浸后的脱铜阳极泥为对象,试验考查了盐酸含量、液固比、反应时间和反应温度等对铋浸出的影响。试验结果表明,在盐酸含量2 mol/L、液固比5:1、反应时间0.5 h、反应温度90℃的条件下,铋具有最佳浸出效果,浸出率约77%,二次浸出后,浸出率可达97%以上,浸出渣率约70%。试验证明,采用盐酸-硫酸体系在卡尔多炉前端浸出脱铜阳极泥中的铋元素,降低卡尔多炉熔炼渣中铋的含量,减轻铋元素在冶炼体系中的富集,提高了卡尔多炉处理能力。Taking the anode slime with copper removal after acid leaching in the PMR plant of a copper smelter as an object,the test gives the effects of hydrochloric acid content,liquid-solid ratio,reaction time and temperature on bismuth leaching.The test results show that bismuth has the best leaching effect under the conditions of hydrochloric acid content of 2 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio of 5:1,reaction time of 0.5 h,and reaction temperature of 90 ℃,reaching the leaching rate of about 77%and the leaching rate of more than 97%after secondary leaching,and the leaching residue rate of about 70%.The test proves that the bismuth element leaching from the anode slime with copper removal of Kaldor furnace front-end by the application of the hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid system can reduce the bismuth content in the smelting slag of the Kaldor furnace,relieve the enrichment of bismuth element in the smelting system,and objectively improve the processing capacity of the Kaldor furnace.
