摘 要:详细分析了云南锡业铅冶炼改造为锡冶炼的实践过程。介绍了该项目利旧、改造及新增部分的主要内容,对改造后系统的主要功能及特点进行了详细分析。该改造项目在充分利旧的基础上,新建了炼前处理系统、烟化挥发系统、中间产品处理工艺流程,改造完善了火法熔炼系统、精炼系统、环保和安全系统、节能系统,升级优化了数字化管控系统。实践证明,不仅使原铅冶炼系统过剩产能得到去化,还建成了一个“产能规模大、技术装备强、节能环保优、数字化程度高、综合效益好”的全球锡冶炼标杆项目。The paper makes a detailed analysis of the practice on transformation from lead smelting to tin smelting in Yunnan Tin Group, introduces the old system utilization, renovation and supplement, and describes the main functions and characteristics of the system after transformation. On the basis of making full use of the old project system, the transformation project has newly built the smelting pretreatment system, fuming and volatilizing system, intermediate product treatment process flow, improved the pyrometallurgical system, refining system, environmental protection & safety system, energy saving system, and upgraded and optimized the digital management and control system. Practice has proved that not only the excess production capacity of the original lead smelting system has been sold out, but also a global tin smelting benchmark project with "large capacity, strong technical equipment,excellent energy saving & environmental protection, high digitalization level and good comprehensive benefits" has been built.
