摘　　要：介绍了弥散强化铜合金的性能特点,分析了内氧化法、球磨制备法、混合合金法、反应喷射沉积法等常见弥散强化铜合金生产制备工艺的生产原理及优缺点,并对弥散强化铜合金在继电器铜片和接插件支座、整流子、耐热材料结构件、引线和电阻焊电极等方面的应用进行了分析,指出了未来该领域的研究趋势。This paper introduces the performance characteristics of dispersively strengthened copper alloy,analyzes the production philosophy and advantages&disadvantages of common dispersively strengthened copper alloy production and preparation processes,including the processes of the internal oxidation,ball milling for preparation,mixed alloy and reactive spray deposition.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the application of dispersively strengthened copper alloy in relay copper sheet and connector support,commutator,heat-resistant material structure,lead wire and resistance welding electrode,and points out the future research trends in this field.
